By using TourOS Calendar Access, the user agrees to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

TourOS Calendar Access provides functionality that allows users to connect their Google account to:

• Create events in Google Calendar
• Edit existing events
• Delete events

2. Consent and Google Account Access

Access to Google Calendar is performed exclusively through explicit user consent via Google's OAuth authentication mechanism. In addition to the features described above, the application will also access your list of calendars to allow you to select the target calendar(s) for event creation.

3. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy of the information entered into events.
• Ensuring that actions performed through the application correspond to their actual intent.

4. Limitation of Liability

TourOS Calendar Access is provided "as is," without any guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. TourOS Calendar Access is not responsible for:

• Accidental deletion or improper modification of events.
• Failures resulting from the Google Calendar API.
• Interruptions caused by third-party services.

5. Data Retention

The application does not use data obtained through Google APIs for any purpose other than providing the service described in these Terms, and it does not share such data with third parties except when legally required.

TourOS Calendar Access only stores data strictly necessary for the integration to function, specifically:

• Access token
• Refresh token
• Identifier of the selected calendar

Complete Google Calendar event content is not permanently stored. Data is kept only while the integration is active. When the user revokes access to their Google account or stops using the service, the associated data is deleted.

6. Suspension or Termination of Service

The user may stop using the application at any time by removing access to their Google account. The user may also revoke the application's access through their Google Account security settings.

TourOS Calendar Access reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, without prior notice.

7. Privacy Policy

The use of the application is governed by a separate Privacy Policy, which details how TourOS Calendar Accesscollects, uses, and protects your personal and Google Calendar data in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use Requirements.

8. Changes to the Terms

TourOS Calendar Access may update these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Users will be notified of any significant changes to the Terms and/or Privacy Policy that affect the collection or use of their data.
